The reports of Solar Soccer Club going through a slump after winning the 2019 Development Academy U17 Boys National Championship seemed to have missed the mark. Solar picked up wins over FC Dallas in the U17 and U19 age groups over the weekend in the battle in the Lone Star State.

Eduardo BlancasSan Jose Earthquakes – Blancas scored two goals in San Jose’s win over Sacramento Republic. Dillon Keane and Fynn Hayton-Ruffner also scored for San Jose. Jordan Korbus recorded an assist. Eric de la Cerda was a standout in goal and Owen Wiebe kept the defense organized.

Nathan Hayes, Solar Soccer Club – Hayes scored the opening goal in Solar’s win over FC DallasBailey Sparks and Bryce Boneau also scored for Solar.

Munier Hussen, Crossfire Premier – Hussen scored twice in Crossfire’s win over Real So Cal. Kevin Galiano also scored for Crossfire.

Gabriel FindleyNorth Carolina FC Youth – Findley scored twice in NCFC Youth’s win over Orlando City. Luke Hille also scored twice in the win. Robert Alphin recorded the shutout in goal.

Marlon Tabora Ponce, Bethesda SC – Ponce scored all three goals in Bethesda’s win over Baltimore Armour.

Colin Beasley, FC DELCO – Beasley scored two goals in Delco’s win over PA Classics. John Bonas also scored for Delco.

Trace Umstead, United Futbol Academy – Umstead scored two goals in United Futbol Academy’s win over Concorde Fire. Akinjide Awujo also scored for United Futbol Academy.

Sam McCann, New York Soccer Club – McCann scored two goals in New York Soccer Club’s win over Cedar Stars Academy – Bergen.
