SOLAR FACILITY RULES

Please know All Facility Rules and Guidelines are set in place for the Safety of our kids. Please respect our request as we ask you to follow our rules to ensure a safe and healthy environment for ALL who enjoy our facilities.

ALLEN TRAINING FACILITY:

• All Parking, Drop Offs and Pick Ups must be done in Church Parking lot.
• No Standing or Parking on Stacy Rd. or Ridgeview Rd.
• Do not drive or park on the closed dirt county road next to the facility off of Stacy Road this is parking for Coaches only.
• Players and Coaches only are allowed on Training surface.
• Parents and Families are asked to remain in designated viewing areas. - No one is permitted to stand or sit on Stacy Rd. / South Side of Facility. - Do not leave trash on Training Areas or Parking Lot.
• No speeding in Church Parking Lot
• No pets
• Alcohol, Tobacco or Abusive Language is prohibited.

GREENHILL SCHOOL:

• NO parking in grassy areas EVER.  Park in marked parking in the specified parking lots.
• ENTRANCE gates at the front (spring valley entrance) close at 8, you'll have to use hornet drive entrance after that.
• SIBLINGS stay off of all equipment, even the pole vault and high jump mats.  Kids are getting hurt.
• Track field (flagged off) is OFF LIMITS this month as they are reseeding etc.  DO NOT EVEN WALK ACROSS IT.  Walk around on the track.
• AT THE END OF THE NIGHT on field 10 all small goals go on the south end of the green shed.  All large goals go on the WEST side of the field (away from the school--closer to the fence)
• On Brinkman all goals need to be moved OFF the field and grassy area.  I think they've been putting them back where they found them.  NO GOALS LEFT ON EITHER FIELD.

JOHN PAUL II HIGH SCHOOL

• THERE ARE NO CHAIRS ALLOWED ON THE TRACK. It causes issues with the surface. Make sure your parents are on the cement, sidelines or in the stands. Yes, I know they put their soccer benches on the track--that is their choice it is their track. ALSO, please make sure your players don't run on the track in cleats. Tears it right up.
• DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE BUT IN THE PARKING LOTS. I have had SEVERAL calls from JP2 about parking in the grass, on the narrow roadway, by the concession stand etc. All cars must be parked in the parking lot behind the stadium or by the school.
• PICK UP ALL TRASH. I know we are pretty good about this, but at the end of the end of the day we are the last ones on the field and we get blamed. Yes, even the trash that isn't Even the trash the DPL track people leave behind.

THE PIT PLANO:

• Players and Coaches Only are allowed on Training Surface.
• Parents and Families are asked to remain in designated viewing areas. - All Parking must be done in designated areas.
• Alcohol, Tobacco or Abusive Language is prohibited.
• No Pets
