With over 20 years of professional experience coaching competitive International and US youth soccer and 15 years as Technical Director for Solar Soccer Club, Mr. Solca's wealth of experience both Nationally and Internationally, along with his ability to communicate effectively to every level of player throughout their development process has earned him the highest position within Solar Soccer Club.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Solca played soccer for Metalul Bucuresti from 1987 - 1993 and  was a member of the Youth National Soccer team pool in Romania from 1990 to 1992. He played college soccer while at the National University of Physical Education and Sports and was named Most Valuable Player of the varsity team in 1995 and 1996. While at the National University he was on the prestigious Dean's list from 1993 through 1997 and represented the student body in the Academy's Senate. He was Valedictorian of his class at the National University when he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. He continued his studies and in 1998 attained his Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sports. Before he came to the US he was a full time Physical Education teacher at George Calinescu HS.
