UPDATE GOTSOCCER EVENT ROSTER:
Update your event roster in GotSoccer to show only the participating players, Coaches, Managers.
Players not listed in GotSoccer and on the Game Day Report will NOT be allowed to participate.

REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAMS:
General Release and Waiver
One parent or legal guardian of the players are required to sign. The completed document must be uploaded to the Event in GotSoccer. Players without a parental signature are NOT allowed to participate.

• Medical Releases
  Teams must have a copy on the sidelines. Do not upload.
  USYSA TRAVELING TEAMS: Permission to Travel
  Any USYS team traveling from outside of the North Texas area must have Permission to Travel Form from their state association. Must be uploaded to the event.

GAME DAY ROSTER AND MISCONDUCT REPORT:
The Tournament will provide game day report/misconduct report to the referee. Winning team, or in case of a tie the home team, must turn it into the headquarter area as soon as the game is completed.
